:: Jesus fed the hungry, clothed the poor, and healed the sick as intentional acts of kindness and mercy. In doing so, Jesus also demonstrated His role as the Messiah, God in the flesh and Savior of the world. In the same way, every follower of Jesus is called to bless those in need with intentional acts of kindness and mercy. We do so to demonstrate the love of Christ and lead people to saving faith in Him.

:: As part of the Anglican Mission in the Americas, St. Andrew’s Church is a missionary congregation, established and sent out by the Anglican Province of Rwanda.

:: Our mission, from the beginning, has been to reach the people of North America with the love and power of Jesus Christ. At the same time, because of our connection to, and love for Rwanda, St. Andrew’s holds a unique passion and respect for God’s people around the world. Thus, since its inception, the identity of St. Andrew’s Church has been profoundly tied to both local and foreign missions.

:: The missionary orientation of St. Andrew’s has led us to define ourselves as a “Community of God’s Grace and Healing.” This description affirms our commitment to transforming lives, both inside and outside the church, through relationships that embody Christ’s love and mercy, and reflect the power of the Holy Spirit.

:: St. Andrew’s seeks to be a haven for those who need restoration, and because we believe outreach is a vital part of extending this hope, equipping the church to serve others in Christ’s name remains at the heart of our mission.
